"University of Phoenix undergraduate tuition is cheaper. Keller Graduate School of Management graduate tuition is cheaper when compared to University of Phoenix. I was satisfied with the quality of instruction; MBA achieved. I had to go back to school though; please note that MBA is not a license, and you will have difficulty with job placement. Today is 7/29/2023. Good luck!"

"Keller Graduate School of Management has proved to be an excellent choice for my MBA program. The professors bring a unique balance of both academia and real-world experience to the classroom. My ability to apply what I am learning to my career has been outstanding. Ann Hansen"

"I'm a firm believer that every school has their own unique culture and each student must know which of those cultures work for them. This online program gave me the flexibility to move up in my career fairly quickly (while taking courses) and it forced me to take ownership of my own education, making me a better student/employee. If you choose this school, be sure to add supplemental reading to your already packed list of texts. Never say no to a supplemental task for class or lecture/book/journal suggestions from others. These two additions to the program forced me to look outside of the classroom for further instruction which taught me that there are mentors all around you who can help- if you ask! While at work, I tended to pepper my side conversations with Directors or Executives in the office with hints that I was working on my masters. I found that incorporating what I was learning in the classroom during these meet ups by the water cooler allowed me to provide real life examples in class AND make myself more visible to these successful individuals where I worked. It's about who you know, this is how I got to know the people who could help my career grow. Keller provided the outline for who cares about which part of the company, and the supplemental materials I constantly read were there to help with additional resources for papers. Could I have done this on my own? Sure. Could have have gotten all the knowledge I needed outside of a classroom? Of course. I could say that about any program ... but it means a lot more to executives and companies as a whole that you invested money and time into yourself. It means you can start and complete something- meet deadlines, understand expectations, and ultimately risk an asset to obtain something worth more at the end of the experience. Keller was a directive for me. This degree gave me insight into what the executives at all companies are struggling with so I could incorporate my learning into day to day connections. The culture at Keller was exactly what I needed to thrive- I would have struggled hopelessly at an in-person school with a commute and younger students. By the end of my MBA one year program I had been promoted and got a raise."

"I began my journey with DeVry since Bachelor's over 10y ago, last year finished my Master's. Overall I feel It's a great school to learn USEFUL things! The tuition is acceptable for the quality of education and offers discount for alluminis. The knowledge I learned there has been very helpful and applicable to the real world issues, more useful skills than what you get from a typical public school. I went to a top public school in the city for a year and my impression was, it was a system for long-term employment of teachers, good retirement, more courses in art and literacy and less on business skills, teachers leaving during exams to let you cheat, presentation with a paper board instead of ppt... Yes you may find a few instructors not so good but you can write feedback for them to improve, nothing will be perfect in reality; good thing is that most professors are good and helpful! What I've learned is self-discipline is the most important factor to succeed, especially in graduate level because self-learning is an ability for life-learning. you really need some good motivation to get most of what you pay for, dedicate yourself into the books and materials available for the most effective results, don't be lazy - you're responsible for your own results! The learning platform is very easy to use and easy to find help although the tutor service wasn't very helpful, always try to find a good professor and reach out for questions. I also plan to go back for additional learning in the near future."

"A complete disappointment. The MBA I received is disregarded or actually looked down on by every potential employer I interviewed with. I could not believe how it had absolutely no benefit as a job seeker. Even the career counselor at the school told me during a counseling session that "an MBA is pretty worthless". I wish they would have told me that before I enrolled and they took all that money from me. To this day my MBA from Keller Graduate has had no effect on my career. In fact the only jobs that i could get in my field of study payed considerably less than I was already making. And as for any help from the career center it always was one of these 100 percent commission sales jobs that really don't require an MBA at all. If you want an MBA I would not recommend this facility."

"So, I wanted to post an accurate review of this institution for others. Pros - Free tutoring - No COVID exposure - Online and in class available - Military and prior are accepted with benefit’s - Student service advisors are knowledgeable. - Professors (90%) care of their students advancement. This will fluctuate from college to college. But mine are always awesome. - Regionally and Nationally accredited. - Passionate about equality, equity, and all coverage of Title VII rights. - People friendly. Cons - For profit University - Acceptance rates are very high due to being a for profit school. I will say this, this is not an Ivy League college. However, a great man once told me it doesn’t matter weather your degree says Harvard, Yale, etc. it matters that you completed your education, your education is accredited, and you take what you have learned and apply it daily to show what kind of person/employee/supervisor/CEO you are. The degree is only a piece of paper it’s what you do with that education is what matters. After all, think about this just because you graduate from Harvard doesn’t guarantee you a job and what does a worker want more a competent employee or one that is incompetent with a hard card degree? Thank you for your time and I hope this review of Keller helps the next motivated student find a grasp of this University. #Be proud of yourself #Stay motivated #Stay DeVry Proud"

"I'm a DeVry graduate & Keller student. I graduated from DeVry in 1990 with a Bachelors in EET, classroom. Then again with another Bachelors in CIS 2020, Online. And, I'm attending Keller for a Master's in Information Technology Management, graduating April 2022. I have one daughter that received a Bachelors in Nursing about six years years ago, and other daughter that just received a Bachelor's in CIS. All from DeVry. We've all received great jobs right after graduation based on our degree's and are doing very well. I also have a few friends that had kids graduate and receive great jobs. The school is rank 26 in Universities, so it's somewhere in the middle when comparing to other Universities. The school provides a lot of support in all area's: academic, financial, and job searches. The online programs are setup for professionals, very flexible based on weekly assignments. The big struggle with the online environment is self learning. The school provides ample tools and support to teach, but online students need to be self motivated. They also need to be able to learn a large portion of the material based on reading. You have to read lessons, discussions, online articles, online research, and eBooks. The online school provides live/recorded lectures, some audio-video material, and web based labs, but a lot of the knowledge is acquired through reading. When I hear student's giving bad reviews about learning, its not based on available material and support. I know in many cases the student's lack of learning is based on the student's activities and abilities. I prefer brick-and-mortar learning (classroom), but the world is changing and we need to adapt to online learning. My reading skills are lacking, I read slow and fall asleep easily. Yet, I have managed to get though two online degrees at DeVry/Keller. If you lack in reading skills I would recommend focusing on that first, maybe attend a couple speed reading courses??"

"Best option for a working adult. I even took classes while being in another country. It was perfectly laid out. Once complete my career moved positively. You get what you put in to it. I wish they offered the PMP certification. It is a profit school but set up just fine."

"I have just completed the graduate program at DeVry/Keller Graduate School of Mgmt. I earned an MBA with a concentration in Business Intelligence/Analytics. I am proud of my effort, and my resulting GPA (3.96). I can honestly state several conclusions: 1) you will EARN your degree through hard work, 2) I didn't think I would prefer on-line classes but I will tell you I became a full convert, 3) there are no easy classes, 4) like all schools you will encounter professors you enjoy and some not so much - but here thankfully it was primarily the former, 5) I love the price of their textbooks - I never felt like I was getting ripped off and most importantly, 6) I would do it again and highly recommend the program. I had some really fascinating classes (for me the most eye-opening and difficult class besides Statistics was Corporate Finance). One of the best pieces of advice I received from a Professor was in regard to their free tutoring services. He stated that tutoring wasn't exclusively for students who were struggling, it is also for people who wanted maintain their high grade. I took advantage for a topic that was slow for me to grasp and I am glad I did. It's a great school and if you 're willing to put in the effort - you'll be justly rewarded."

"Keller Graduate School of Management has been wonderful. Christine Ridge (Naperville Campus) and Justin Shook (Addison Campus) have been wonderful. Not only did they get me back into school, they were able to get my financial aid going, but they were also able to get me grandfathered in so I could still finish my degree in the expected amount of courses. They are wonderful. Plus this entire time we were fighting the clock for the start date for school. They still pulled it off to get everything done in time to get me in school within 1 week. Great Job Keller!! Special thanks to Christine Ridge and Justin Shook."

"I went to DeVry for bachelors and am now attending Keller for my Masters and I couldn’t be happier! As soon as I finished school I was able to get a management position at Target which you needed a Bachelors degree to join! Since then, I have worked for Amazon and again couldn’t do it without DeVry! Anyone who says this school isn’t good is crazy! These classes are super hard and I’m learning a lot about the HR field! Thank you DeVry and Keller!"

"Like a lot of the other students have mentioned, this is a school in which you get out of it what you put into it. I'm a telecommunications professional with over 20 years of experience. I started this school back in 2000 and have been associated with it for over 18 years. I have earned three master's degrees and use my education to the fullest on a regular basis in my capacity as a Principal Engineer at a major telecommunications company. If you are looking for a degree that will impress people by the name on the diploma, this probably isn't the school for you. This is a school that is meant for people who practice in their field. We take what we learn and use it in our work environment immediately. The school is expensive and if you have to pay for it out of pocket, I'm sure there are more affordable options. I've earned a Master's degrees in Project Management, Business Administration, and Project Management. I was able to sit for and pass my PMP examination in large part to my education from Keller. I'm gainfully employed with an in-demand education. Like many of the other posters, i'm sure you can skate by and get B- in all of your classes but an employer will know that you don't you have no idea what you are talking about when you open your mouth. This school is all about what you put into it."

"I can't say that this was a great choice on my part. I went here because they offered the certificate program for Human Resource. I know have a certificate, but will probably never use it. Out of the X amount of courses I took, I enjoyed only having one of the professors. They are all rude, and don't know how to motivate and stay positive when you are struggling with papers and personal problems. One of my last professors liked to mention how many years he has been working in HR. It doesn't matter how many years, if you can't talk to a person, then you are not fully doing your job correctly."

"I was one of the very first classes in Keller back in the 1980's. I am now CEO of a Chicago-based technology firm. Throughout my career I progressed from middle management to executive management. Everything I learned at Keller was instrumental in getting me to where I am today. Keller is a practitioner's MBA. They are no-nonsense and teach you the practical aspects of business from people at the top of their game. I am a Civil Engineer by degree but I find myself over and over using what I learned at Keller to run my business. My company has won many awards for outstanding performance and I am the recipient of a lifetime achievement award in my field. As a rare woman in technology, I credit a lot of the training and assistance I got at Keller with my ability to excel in business. If you are looking to roll up your sleeves and get down to business, Keller is the school for you. Take it from a Chicago-based technology CEO."

"Thank you Keller Graduate and DeVry University in Newark, California. This University is a true blessing to me. We have a lot of support here and I just want to let you all know that you have made a huge difference in my life. Today, I am a M.B.A. student with a 4.0 GPA I am a mother of 1 teenage daughter and I work a graveyard shift at night. "I'm not sure how this school has managed to get 4 or 5 stars from other viewers but this review from me is something you may want to read. if considering going here, DON'T !!. it is not worth it! you will not learn anything and when you try to transfer their credits are not recognized. I decided to go to this school ONLY because my job was paying and even with my job paying for my degree I realized that I was doing myself a disservice by continuing this path. I received A's in the 3 classes I took online but I can honestly tell you I do not know one thing in any of these classes. If you are looking for a school to give you and A then this is the right place for you; however when you step out into the work world with that A you did not earn, you will quickly realize why other schools do NOT accept their credits. you will be at the new job with ZERO knowledge. Just imagine trying to transfer out of keller and to an accredited school, only for you to be informed by the adviser that " we will accept these completed courses from your UNDERGRAD degree but not these from Keller" . My undergrad credits are worth more than this! Lets discuss financial department. My job was paying for me to go here but somehow I ended up owing keller money because their financial aid did not apply the money on time. IMAGINE THAT!! I had to go through 2 weeks of back and forth with them about a $540 balance on my account because of their error! They even threatened to drop me off the next semester if I did not clear the balance - my job had to get involved. Lets discuss professors . You have an issues with a professor? don't bother reaching out to your adviser, or your dean. your best option is the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT. that is the only way to ever get an issue resolved. Lets discuss classes : I had a class start for an entire week with no professor. No professor for an online class for an entire week. why not you ask? the teacher could not "access the class" however keller could access the corporate checks! I promise you, it may seem cheaper than other school but if you are a grad student who value's their education DO NOT GO HERE! I'm lucky enough to transfer 3 classes in, so I won't be losing out that much as some others who attempt to transfer a year in because other schools will not accept your transfer credits. I'm willing to take a loan to an actual school than go here free of charge. let that sink in!"

"I attended the Manassas, VA school from 2010-2013, using both the online and onsite platforms. I used my Post-911 GI bill to go to school while my daughter was young, so full disclosure, my perspective is without student loans. I really enjoyed this school. As with ANYTHING in life, it is what you make of it. If you do the bare minimum to get a passing grade and degree, then that is what you will walk away with. This school does not have the fancy name to prop up a lackadaisical student effort, so if you don't work hard to learn, you won't have much to show for it- truth. Having professionals in the field teach the classes are a great asset to actually LEARNING about your field of study. If you approach it with the intent to become a better educated practitioner in your field, you will walk away from this school with real-world tools that you can apply right away to your job. Fast-forward 5 years, after much more hard work, I have a great job working from home at an IT company with a pay that supports my family as the sole bread-winner. I use what I learned from my Masters of Project Management and MBA all the time. It is an excellent catalyst for jump-starting an emerging career or spark up a stagnant one, IF you dedicate yourself to the process of growth and learning. If you are looking to get a diploma with a special name on it so your boss/colleagues can ooh and ahh, by all means, attend a big name school and those are great too. If you work hard at learning at that school, then you will have the knowledge and the fancy title, and that will probably work really well for you, and if I'm being completely honest, that approach will probably make you more competitive against someone like me who went to Keller. It's not the only way though. Keller really did provide me with an excellent education that I use on a daily basis and it does not deserve the "diploma mill" reputation that I have heard before. Not to mention, its 100%, unlimited access to the post-911 GI bill allowed my to earn three masters degrees. It was a huge amount of work, many many sleepless nights/waking up at ungodly hours. This school is NOT easy if your goal is to both learn and get a 4.0. But I would imagine that it would be fairly simple to do the bare minimum to get a B- and a degree, just like mostly everything in life. If that is your attitude I recommend not applying for any graduate program at this time. Good luck to you and I hope this helps you make a decision if you are on the fence about attending."

"The online program for Business Intelligence was complete garbage. There are plenty of mass open online courses (MOOCs), Youtube videos, etc. that would have offered the same, probably better instruction for free. I had professors that had no idea about the content of the courses (we'd report problems they didn't know existed). It was a complete theft of money in my opinion. I just paid $300 for dropping a course in the first 4 days due to giving it one last shot and determining the course was going to be much of the same. Please, do not waste your money!"
