I am just beginning the EEUI program at Lesley. I think it is extremely beneficial to be in the classroom working with students while obtaining my masters in Elementary Education.

The Expressive Therapy program at Lesley University is world renowned. It is an honor to be in contact with this network of individuals advocating for your success. The students attracted to this program are also thrilling to be in contact with. I have grown so much in this program, and I have only just begun. The cons of this program are few. Lesley University has technical troubles often. There was once an entire system shutdown when students tried to register.

Lesley University offers a lot of pro's, some of which being the professor's who are very knowledgeable in their field and are also interested in helping you gain real world knowledge that is current so that you can begin your career. A con is how much money it costs to attend the school.

The instructors are fabulous! Dedicated and knowledgeable I enjoy learning from them. The workload is a bit overwhelming at times though.

I like the accessibility of the online courses. With that comes a great diversity of the students taking the class which i found enriched the classes.

Lesley University enacts a spirit of practical learning in their course offerings through a great balance of practice and theory. That being said, certain other offerings - such as technology and ease of accessing logistical support from university departments - can at times be lacking (which is, in truth, true of any university, in separate ways). The Cambridge area is diverse, safe, with a great public transportation system - yet with some significant challenges such as high housing costs (relative to other locations that I'm familiar with - though, again, what area is perfect?)

Generally fantastic program. Lots to do between classes which can be very difficult if you have a life occurring between those classes. Faculty inconsistent w/ assignments and due dates/ etc

Staff and faculty are very willing to guide you along your way and are genuinely excited to share their talents and knowledge with you and send you off into the world. The overall campus environment and classroom environment is very cooperative and nurturing.
