Very impressive University, great curriculum. Being in the Navy and having an ever-changing work and deployment schedule the institution was very understanding and worked with me to allow me to pursue my goals. They challenged me to better myself as a student and improve my research and writing skills. This school sincerely cares about their students and it shows. Joel Murphy

Pros of Liberty's online graduate program: It's affordable. They offer huge discounts to those who served or are serving in the military. Two, 8 week terms per semester allow me to complete double the classes. Instructors are knowledgeable and pleasant. They seem to really care about their students. Cons of Liberty's online graduate program: The condensed classes mean heavier work load. Some classes require an incredible amount of time which conflict with work and family time.

The Online program is awesome at Liberty. Although I do not physically attend, there is an active social community, the campus is safe and there are plenty of transportation options and parking for those who have cars. I love their program.

Liberty University Online allowed me to finish my 4 year undergraduate program in 3 years. I am hoping it can do the same for me in my graduate program. The teachers are extremely friendly and always available to help if needed. Online discussion boards allow you to be interactive even if you have a shy personality. The discussion boards also allow you to explore and respond to your classmates opinions and views that are important and relevant to the course. I've had a great experience with LU Online and highly recommend it to anyone that is considering enrolling in an online graduate program.

I am taking online classes, and when I have had to call with questions or problems they have been more than helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that all of your questions get answered correctly. I believe that they are truly concerned with what happens in your life. I am very pleased so far with Liberty University. The training is top notch!

At Liberty University online, the commitment of the staff and faculty to each student is evident. Even though the school is large and I attend online, I still feel very close to some of the professors and staff are always very helpful. I like that I seldom have to travel to the campus. I wish there were satellite campuses nearby so that I did not have to travel so far for intensives.

When I enrolled I did not understand that ATS accreditation is necessary to pursue Ph.d studies at other theological seminaries. Moreover, Liberty's Academic Pre Ph.D M.Div program does not help you meet the standards set by Princeton and Notre Dame to be competitive or at the very least par with other applicants to the Ph.D program. These two schools require Greek and Hebrew along side a reading knowledge of German and French. Liberty does not offer German and French at the graduate level. To say the least, I will be transferring in December.

The pros are that it is a Christian based university which is very important to me considering I am pursuing a career as a Christian based grief counselor. The cons, I do not have any at this time.
