Good school with a great deal of flexibility.

Pro: The program I am in is an online program allowing me to continue working full time while I complete my graduate degree. It has one week intensives for courses that require more hands on experience, so that you are not getting a second rate degree. Con: The tuition is a little daunting, but for the quality of education, and the faculty to student ratio it is worth the cost to get the good education.

Liberty is a University that thrives on student support and affordability. I am taking courses with their graduate program and have been satisfied with the support staff and the way the professors deliver information. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Liberty.

Liberty University Online has been very easy to work with. Military scholarship assistance is excellent and a major factor in my decision to study with Liberty.

Degree: Theology
Graduation Year: 2013

The positives of Theological Studies is the universality of the degree. I can use this to teach at the university level, or enter into a ministry position. The professors are accessible online and answer any posing questions a student might have. Also, the program is very organized and the student receives notifications about upcoming programs and additions occurring at the school. I also appreciate the support the students receive through prayers, and seminars offered free of charge. Liberty University is concerned about the overall well being of its student body which means a lot. The only con I can think of is that my current profession does not accept this as a "building block" to the career, however, the fields are not related so it is understandable.

Liberty is a great University. I wanted a brick and mortar school that offered an online doctoral program and found this in Liberty University. The staff is extremely helpful and respond very quickly. The work is relevant and I can see how it can be applied to current and future career endeavors.

This is a great graduate program. The faculty is very helpful and I love the Christian backing but the tuition is very high and there are little scholarships available.

I feel the pros are a great education at a great university with ongoing potential growth and the cons are the time required to accomplish your academic goals but I feel that falls back on the student and his/her dedication. I really do not in my opinion feel that there are any cons with the graduate program because it is set in place to help you accomplish your academic goals.
