Online courses are so much different than on campus classes. The workload had a higher intensity and managing time is more up to you. You can do what you want but have to remember when assignments are due without being told. The christian perspective gives the students encouragement to finish school and know that God has plans for each one of us. The prices vary depending on the class style and the major, but is affordable. This is my dream school and glad I am at LU.

I honestly do not have any cons toward Liberty University! I love this school because it shares the same Christian values that I have. It is a wonderful school and I am elated to have the opportunity to obtain an MA in professional counseling! The professors are very hands on and take the time to help you figure out the course material. Whenever I have a question, I email my professors and they make sure to contact me in a timely matter. I am so happy with the choice I made by attending liberty university!

I feel the pros of this program is: the student gets a firm and solid education to study in a career of their passion. I feel the cons of the program are: some students have to travel out of state to complete the program.

My graduate program prepares you for work in ministries in various ways. You work with the Professors one on one as well as lending academic input. The only con is the workload which can be overbearing at times.

Degree: Liberal Arts
Graduation Year: 2016

Being that Liberty University is a Biblically based school, they strongly believe in the Word of God and prayer. I greatly enjoy this school. The professors are wonderful and understanding with life situations and are looking out for the best interests of every student to do well. The work load is aggressive and the education is well worth the effort. Because of Liberty University Online, I have no doubts that I will be an effective and competent Christian Counselor.

Degree: Communications
Graduation Year: 2017

When I complete my Masters from Liberty University, I will be able to pursue my doctorate degree and a career in Communications. My program at Liberty has challenged my thinking skills, my ability to problem-solve, and my commitment to becoming an effective communicator. As a result of my degree, I know that I will be a more effective communicator and problem-solver, which will make me more of an asset in whatever organization or career field I pursue upon graduation.

The Graduate Program is an excellent resource for current graduate students. It provides students with an opportunity to obtain funding towards student loan payments. Interaction with faculty and other students as an on-line student has been a very positive experience.
