Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2018

Louisiana State University's online MBA program has offered the flexibility I need to pursue my graduate education. Although remote, many of the professors have been very responsive and answered questions I have had about the course materials though email or the online LMS. Resources like Harvard Business online simulations have provided hands-on experience and actionable learning.

LSU is an exceptional university. I am from New Orleans, so the thought of attending college just an hour away from home did not seem appealing to me at first. However, when I toured LSU, I instantly knew this was the place for me. To me, LSU is its own little world. There's no need to even leave campus! There are plenty of amazing places to eat right on campus, and more importantly, LSU has a dairy shop with delicious ice cream! LSU's landscape is incredible and a football game in Tiger Stadium is an experience you will never forget. Even if football isn't your thing, the spirit of LSU is infectious. Our rec center offers several workout classes including Zumba, cycling, Barre, and Hip hop. If you prefer to exercise outside, there is a 3.8 mile trail around the beautiful LSU lake. Greek life is a big part of LSU and members of sororities/fraternities work hard throughout the year to raise money for several philanthropies. Coming from a small high school, I was worried I would fall behind in school since some of the classes have over 100 students. All professors have office hours so you can get that one-on-one help when you need it. Cultural inclusion is one of LSU's top priority and there is truly a place for everyone here. There is a student organization for just about anything you can think of, or you can start your own student organization! My 3 years here at LSU have taught me more than I ever expected and shaped me into a confident leader. I am so proud to be Forever LSU.
