Degree: Public Policy
Graduation Year: 2015

My graduate program is a invaluable opportunity for anyone interested in the intersection of media and public affairs. University administration and school and J-school faculty share a desire to give students the tools they need to be sucessful, including accessibility, ian challenging and informative curriculum and an excellent financial package. I encourage others to apply!

I am an African American female in the field of mathematics. Con: There is a huge lack of support for African Americans in this program. Pro: There are lots of research opportunities in the math dept.

When I was applying, LSU was one of the only schools with funding for research assistantships (not just teaching assistantships (most)).
