Student & Graduate Reviews

4.8 out of 5.0
Degree: Education
Graduation Year: 2013

After receiving my BA from McKendree, I returned to receive my MA in Educational Studies. It was a great program that was so applicable in real time to the classroom. What I learned at McKendree I could literally turn around and start applying it to my classroom instruction the next day! Classes were affordable with their educator rate, and the evening classes were completely convenient, as well were the classes offered at cohort locations.

McKendree is a small campus and is wonderful for those looking for more personalized education.

I feel that the program at McKendree University appropriately prepares students for their respective careers. Educators graduating from McKendree University are truly the best and the brightest in their fields, which can be directly attributed to the preparation provided by the programs.

McKendree is a wonderful school despite it's location. The staff and teachers are great and the programs offered are the highest in Illinois.
3.75 out of 5.0
Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2015

Workload is truly a con but I know without the work, I can't get a degree. Location and times available for classes are pros.
4.08 out of 5.0
Degree: Human Resources
Graduation Year: 2015

The Pros are the class sizes, the instructors willingness to assist and the fact that they have or currently work in the fields that they are teaching. The Cons are the prices, the use of the text book, it is always required but it isn't always the book that should have been used.
