My program covers all the essentials needed for a successful public heath program- epidemiology, health promotion and disease prevention, biostatistics, etc. Also they require that we do an internship and capstone. I feel like it is comprehensive education that emphasizes theory learned in class, as well as real world application. A con is that my program does not have specialized tracks, it's a general program, so students can't specialize in anything.

The M.A.T Graduate Program at Mercer University has always given me the tool that I need to become an exceptional teacher. I only wish the location was closer.
