Degree: Teaching
Graduation Year: 2019

Millersville University has an excellent asynchronous, online graduate program for Gifted Education. The core classes are completely updated and informational - I actually learned rather than completing busy work. The professors are field tested and are eager to share their experience with their students. They also understand that most of us are full-time, working teachers who are trying to earn a Master's degree while still teaching. They are flexible and try not to pile on too much work while still maintaining a rigorous, authentic educational experience. I've just completed my first year of study and am extremely happy with how the classes have been presented thus far. I would definitely recommend Millersville to any working professional who is seeking a degree or certification in Gifted Education.

Millersville had an excellent, rigorous history program that offered students the opportunity to work closely with their professors on projects they care about.

Millersville was a great experience. They made getting a Master's degree easier for a full time employee and father of two children to attend. They have classes that are a blend course so I didn't have to travel every week from West York to Millersville to attend class. The courses themselves in my Athletic Management program were very informative and I was able to apply a lot of the things I learned into everyday use.

Degree: Nurse Practitioner (Family)
Graduation Year: 2019

Currently a student in the MSN Nurse Practitioner program at Millersville University. It is a mix of on-campus & online classes. The classes are challenging but manageable for the part-time program. Our professors are professional and a great resource to go to with questions.

Degree: Sports Management
Graduation Year: 2013

Millersville had a great M.Ed in Sport Management program. A great option for anyone looking to get involved in anything athletic whether in business or an academic setting. The courses provided experiences that could easily translate into the future workplace. I was coaching at the collegiate level while I was enrolled and many items that we learned directly pertained to my career at the time.

If you want a small college feel on a larger campus, Millersville is a great college. I was very close to my professors.

Continue your education as long as you have a plan. Graduate degrees without a plan are about as good as a mechanic without a wrench.

Degree: Social Work
Graduation Year: 2016

The professors and doctors have a mission to provide the best education possible, through the teaching of everything from theories to hands-on experience in field placements. Some course work is repetitive, but the faculty is actively working to adjust the material and make it more beneficial for all students coming through the program.
