The graduate program for medical sciences at Mississippi College offers very challenging and fast paced courses that aim to prepare you for medical or dental school. While the course load can be overwhelming at times, all of the faculty are very open to questions and offer plenty of resources that help you understand the material. This degree will definitely prepare you for a career in medicine.

I love my graduate school. The teachers are amazing. I just wish there were more teachers so more classes can be offered each semester.

My program has great faculty support. The professors are always readily available for both career and academic advice. It is a post bac program with classes as rigorous as medical and dental school classes. This gives students the opportunity to be prepared for their next level of education. The location of the program in clinon, ms is he only con.

Degree: Biomedical Sciences
Graduation Year: 2013

The pros of this program include the following: preparedness for medical and dental school curriculum, lower cost compared to other programs, in-and-out of state students are welcomed, wonderful career and academic support, small class size, one-on-one faculty interaction, newly added football-field-sized anatomy lab, great students and southern hospitality. The cons are the following: no affiliation with a medical and dental school.

Degree: Elementary Education
Graduation Year: 2016

The Education graduate program at Mississippi College is an ideal place to continue your education. The professors and advisors are personable and available to assist students in any way that they can. The small size of the university and program gives a preferable teacher-student ratio for a more personalized instructional experience. Instruction is hands-on and research based and professors are highly educated and honored in their fields. The professors are there to not only education you, but also walk you through finding career opportunities after graduation. I give this program the highest recommendation to anyone looking to get a Master's in Education.

The professors are incredible and extremely knowledgeable. The workload was just about right. Difficult, but doable. Cons would be help with career services and the social atmosphere at Mississippi College, meaning not much with either.
