"The Education graduate program at Mount Saint Mary's College is a superb one. I am very impressed at the quality of instruction at the Mount. In most of my courses they include a fieldwork component that allows us as students to network with schools and to gain invaluable experience in the classroom. In addition, the program courses are offered in the late afternoon and night, in order to accommodate for full time teachers who are seeking their credential and masters. Furthermore, the Mount grants several different scholarships to help students finance their education their, and covers a good portion of the tuition since their cost per unit is not as high as other schools. Finally, Mount Saint Mary's has integrated into their program a strong Special Education component that greater prepares the future educators that leave the Mount for the challenges they likely will face in the classroom. The program is a leader and an innovator in education and a great overall value."
