The program is very good and adequately prepares one for a career in Podiatric medicine. NYCPM has a very high board passing rate as well as residency placement rate. The professors are extremely helpful and there are many extracurricular activities at the school, such as clubs and research.
As a downfall, the campus is atrocious (the entire school is one single building). The area the school is located is very dirty. Lastly, the exam scheduling is extremely hectic with at least 2 exams per week, so you have almost no free time.

Pros : You're learning from the best. Each instructor is efficient and reliable in the information they convey. The tuition is cheap. There are about 6 different means of transportation to get to the school. The clinical exposure is heavy. Their boards and match rate is one of, if not, the best in the nation.
Cons : Living near the school can be costly. The school has no outdoor campus. The neighborhood the school is in is filthy. The library is not 24/7. There is mandatory attendance to each class.
