Degree: Counseling
Graduation Year: 2018

One of the pros is the small classroom size and the accessibility of faculty. In addition, it is seldom the case that a TA will teach the course. If anything, a TA will fill in at times, which always ends up to be helpful anyways. Another pro would have to be the access to the BTI Clinic, which is the most effective therapeutic training tool i have every come across. Honestly, the biggest con would have to be the parking.

Degree: Biology
Graduation Year: 2016

NSU is a great school for higher education. Although it is expensive and time consuming, it is well worth it! Some of the pros of the DPT program at NSU is that there great resources available for students, amazing faculty and quality of education, as well as a beautiful campus with lots of socializing activities. Some of the cons of the program is that it is highly rigorous and taxing. I truly cannot wait for the day that I graduate and can proudly be an NSU alumni!

Degree: Social Sciences
Graduation Year: 2016

The program (Conflict Analysis and Resolution) is an excellent one. Students have a choice of pursuing studies in a residential/online format. The following tracks are currently offered which allow for students to focus on a specific interest: Conflict & Crisis Management Culture and Ethnic Conflict International Peace and Conflict Conflict in Organizations, Schools The diverse faculty boast exceptional skills and are eager to help students ready themselves for graduate level undertaking. There are many support systems away from the administrative personnel. Working groups are especially helpful to students who have a range of interests as well as groups that are geared towards the dissertation phase of doctoral study. There is a challenge however in attracting scholarships. Novel ideas will have to be engineered to assure that graduates are able to meet their personal objective as they prepare to be change agents of the future.

Degree: Education
Graduation Year: 2017

Nova Southeastern University offers an enormous opportunity to learn the most ingrained educational values one can expect from a graduate level program. I would like to see more blended courses where I could mix online learning with practical teaching principles in the classroom.

They have a strong online program which is fantastic for individuals who have fulltime jobs and live far from campus. Their academic curriculum is fair and competitive with other schools like FIU.

Degree: Pharmacy
Graduation Year: 2018

I appreciate how rigorous the Doctor of Pharmacy program is at Nova Southeastern University, and as a result I feel that I will be ready to work in any Pharm D. position in the future. I hope that the curriculum will become more global-based in the near the future, which will allow graduates to have the option to work abroad in other countries.

It is a very expensive graduate program but I feel like I am getting a great education. The courses even online are engaging and challenging. Some I would say more challenging than my in person undergrad courses.
