"For all the hype that this school gets, it doesn't live up to it's name. Nova is very overpriced and the curriculum that it offers is ridiculous. Professors were never available and they always had an attitude when I tried to reach out to them. Will be transferring for next semester. Don't waste your money and risk going into debt, in order to attend this university. There are other universities that are even more qualified and less expensive than this one to attend, and can provide you with a better education."

"I had a great experience at NOVA. The coursework was challenging! Everything ran smooth and I completed my Masters in a Year. The professors were very helpful and approachable. My interactions with them were very professional and informative. Also, the admissions process was very smooth. That was one of the reasons I chose this university."

"The pros of the program are the small classroom size and the availability of the faculty. The faculty is very much willing to further your academic and professional growth if they know you're in need of help. The cons of the program is the tuition. This is an expensive school but for a formal education you have to be willing to do anything."

"The Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program at Nova Southeastern University is overall an amazing program. I am about to start my second year and had an incredible first year in the program. I enjoyed all of my classes and found them to be engaging and very beneficial to my future career as a Clinical Psychologist. I also had the opportunity to travel with a professor and seven other students to Swaziland, a small country in South Africa, on a humanitarian trip to provide counseling and services to impoverished and underserved communities around the country. This was a once in a lifetime experience that I will treasure forever. Of course, not every school can be perfect. The program is very large, which has its benefits, but also makes it difficult to have access to faculty and training in your specific area of interest. It is also a very expensive program, which is why I spend the vast majority of my free time applying for scholarships to help me pay off my ever-growing loans. Despite its imperfections, I would definitely highly recommend NSU's Psy.D. program to anyone wishing to pursue a career as a Clinical Psychologist."

"Overall, the Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University's Center for Psychological Studies is an amazing program. It is interesting because many of the pros of the program are also its cons, and vice versa. For example the Psy.D. program is very large compared to other Psy.D. programs. This gives students an opportunity to interact and study with a very diverse population and encourages us to advocate for ourselves if we need help from a professor or other faculty member. However, the large class size does make it difficult to get noticed and to get opportunities to work with faculty on research projects, which can foster a competitive atmosphere among students. Similarly, it is great that NSU offers courses taught by a variety of professors. The upside is that each professor has their unique teaching style which again allows for a diverse and exciting learning experience. The downside is that there are often varying standards and workloads between professors teaching the same classes. I am about to start my second year in the program and overall I am very pleased. I knew I wanted to attend NSU and in fact, it was the only graduate school that I applied to. Every school has its issues, but overall, I think the pros outweigh the cons of the Psy.D. program at NSU's Center for Psychological Studies and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to earn a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology."

"I liked it. Smaller classrooms than my previous university so I felt there was more involvement with other students and teachers."

"I have been working on my degree for 7 years. Although the courses were challenging, I found the faculty to be unapproachable and lacking in their ability to support student success. The dissertation process has been a nightmare for me. No support from my chair or members. Also they change the program completion requirements every year!! The price per credit is extremely high and it is increased yearly. I am in the process of evaluating my options since I cannot transfer my credits to other PhD programs but cannot afford to keep giving them my money with no end in sight. I would not recommend this program."

"Nova Southeastern University has a great MBA program. They have been in existence for 50 years and continue to expand and grow. They have recently redesigned the program to better serve the students. The professors are available for students for questions and concerns."

"The professor at Nova Southeastern University are one of a kind. Each and every one of them want you to succeed. They go over and beyond to help you understand the material and well prepare you to be ready for your career upon graduation. Invaluable experience and education. However, the school financial aid could use some revamp. There should be more scholarship opportunities for graduate students and more of a variety."

"NSU Law has excellent professors that challenge their students to think like lawyer so that they are prepared to be successful attorneys. The career center has an extensive alumni network in South Florida and frequently have career fairs. However, the only con is the price of a legal education. No matter where you attend, its not going to come cheap."

"Online program has a lot of technical issues with people being knocked out of the virtual classrooms with no other review materials Classes do not have recorded lectures and teachers forget to record lectures there is no way to review. I feel I wasted money here and transferred to new university after two semesters of bad technical issues very expensive school to have so many problems"

"This is best Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program available. Fantastic rotations sites and nice facilities. The only con is the curriculum. With 27.5 credits in one's first semester, there is little time left to prep for boards, especially when compared with PBL curricula."

"The education is second to none; the professors are incredibly interested in the subjects they teach. The cons of the program would be the overall cost of tuition. The school is private as opposed to public; this entails much higher tuition fees and due to the workload, many students are unable to work which further stretches finances."
