Student & Graduate Reviews

4.0 out of 5.0
Degree: Health Sciences
Graduation Year: 2020

I really love my school. I currently study medicine at the Heritage College at Ohio U. and it has been a phenomenal experience. The staff is great and really cares for students to understand what they are teaching, as well as putting an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. If I were to choose again, I would still pick Ohio U.

Degree: Economics
Graduation Year: 2018

Still ongoing process to obtain my master degree since this is my first semester, but I can say that this is a very good school. The staff and professors are very helpful. They answer all my questions in a timely manner. From the admission office to the professors, they are all very willing and eager to help so that I can have the best learning experience. Recommended.

Great campus, excellent programs, fantastic professors, overall great atmosphere and town

Degree: Education
Graduation Year: 2006

It has a beautiful campus set in the Hocking Hills. Smaller class sizes when you get to your core classes. A small town feel with a big city education. Walk from one side of the campus to the other in 20 minutes. Lots of groups and social opportunities.

Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2018

Very helpful and intellectual faculty. They are more than willing to answer your questions. However, the area is not ideal for research.

Degree: Fitness Trainer
Graduation Year: 2016

The pro's of having the opportunity to attend and be apart of the Ohio University community is that I will receive a quality degree from a nationally recognizable institution, which will help improve my chances to grow in my profession. The con is that I'm an online student and don't get to experience the day to day life of attending one of the top ranked campuses in the country.

Good Program but at 1000 per credit hour , it is highly overpriced.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2018

The graduate program is extremely convenient. Love the opportunity to earn my Executive MBA online.
4.5 out of 5.0
Degree: Social Sciences
Graduation Year: 2017

Love this program! The professors and other grad students are smart and helpful, working as a team in every situation to make sure everyone succeeds. Engaging important conversations and research.
4.17 out of 5.0
Degree: Physician Assistant
Graduation Year: 2017

The Physician Assistant Program at Ohio University's Dublin, OH campus both challenging and extremely rewarding. The faculty are extremely knowledgeable and caring. The new campus has state-of-the-art facilities with amazing technology. Unfortunately, due to the intensity of the curriculum, it is recommended (for good reason) that students do not attempt to work while in this program. This makes funding school and everyday living expenses difficult.
