The glue of any educational program is the people who are passionate and dedicated to ensuring that the learner successfully navigates the graduate leadership process. The go to person is Mrs. Trudy Owens who is the Administrator for the Tennessee Temple University (TTU)/Piedmont International University's (PIU) Business and Leadership program. I transferred to TTU (e.g. merger with PIU) from another well-known online graduate school. I transferred to TTU from the online school, having completed my core requirements, leading into the last phases of my dissertation process. Mrs. Owens along with the instructors expects high standards of thinking and writing critically. The dissertation process is an academic personal journey and the staff supports, listens, and motivates you to achieve high academic publishing goals. There is a residential requirement and therefore the student should go early during their dissertation pursuit. In the last year of my dissertation, the work is hard but the support, resources, prayers, of the administration and instructors are the backbone and therefore, I give them all stars.

I really enjoy the school's e-4:12 program. This allows community college prices for a graduate degree.

Having a grad program based in local churches with a nationwide reach gives a great diverse group of people.
