"Seattle University is a great school. The MAP program is challenging. the coast of a private institution is expensive. The school is located on Capital hill which is great spot. There is camps security and police on campus at all times. Occasionally you have to be careful of crimes in area."

"The Adult Education faculty is high quality, supportive, accessible, and model the principles of adult education in every class. In addition, students have many opportunities to make connections and get involved in real-world work experiences, projects, and internships. The work is challenging, practical, and based in current research and adult education and adult development theory. I've had a great experience in the program and would recommend it highly. The only cons I can name have little to do with the program itself: Seattle is expensive and Seattle University is very expensive."

"The MAP program is very demanding. It combines both psychology and philosophy. It challenges your entire being. The faculty is supportive and the knowledge gained is priceless. The program does not focus on a particular technique rather it is focused on the experience. The school is located in the downtown area of Seattle. There are many places to go out or grab a bite. There is 24 hours campus security but they cannot control everything that goes on in the area. Seattle University is a private school so tuition is expensive. The professors are well connected in the community, which is helpful for careers after graduate in addition to expanding your professional network."

"The Master in Teaching program is very expensive and a big time commitment, so it is difficult to keep a job while in the program. It's a great one-year masters and teacher's certification program."

"Thus far I feel that my program has up to date technology, lots of resources, and faculty that is willing to help you. The cons are the location while it is close to downtown the parking is very expensive. Additionally the cost of tuition is also a con it is very expensive compared to other law schools."

"Pros-Select Classes for the program are quality (great staff & resources) Emphasis on Acadmic Excellence Well-known/respected in the Higher Education Community Great internship credits Component Heavy Emphasis on Social Justice and Reflections Cons-Class Schedules/Class offering inconvenient Cirriculum/Program Requirements do not serve the "non-traditional" student (part-time/full time working in addition to school) If you do not work/live on campus, extra cirricular activities an involvement in many of the program's events are not easily available to you Advisors office hours/availabilty inconvenient for students"

"The major thing that stands out the most about Seattle University School of Law is the social justice focus. There are literally, different ways offered every week for a student to learn, grow, and volunteer in a capacity that applies law to social issues."

"This is my first year at Seattle University and so far I have been very impressed the students, faculty and staff. They have a great class selection and beautiful campus. In your first 2 quarters they recommend taking a "Leadership Development" class which I would highly recommend. It was a good opportunity to take a class that stretched your leadership thinking and team building skills. I love the conversation dynamics of a class and the ability to apply my learning within the workplace. The enjoyed hearing the perspectives of such a diverse group of students from various educational backgrounds and careers. Overall, I would highly recommended Seattle University's MBA program."

"Seattle University if fully committed to developing the "whole person". Not only did I feel prepared to enter the workforce but I was given the skills to be an ethical and reflective leader dedicated to social justice. Working with like-minded individuals who shared the same goals and vision pushed me to my greatest and challenged me to be a better person."

"Pros: Very communal environment. Atmosphere encourages working together and does not value pitting students against each other for grades. The teachers are extremely approachable and accessible and offer valuable assistance even if not relating to their subject. The school has many outside events aimed at united the classes, which then encourages better relationships among students which in turn creates a more supportive classroom environment. Cons: Very expensive, and most of the financial aid comes out of student loans. Their career services department is somewhat overwhelmed and, like many law schools, the academic curriculum does not entirely prepare students for the actual real world legal experience."

"SU Law is a good program with values that align with my own career goals and aspirations. Best legal writing program in the country and very rigorous! If you want to find a curriculum that surrounds itself in social justice as well, SU is that school."
