I had such a wonderful experience as an undergraduate student at the University of Tennessee at Martin that I stayed there to earn my masters. I was lucky enough to obtain a graduate assistantship which was a great program, allowing me to get paid to earn my masters.

The online program was a nice option. Some professors did not seem to have much experience in the field though.

I love my graduate program. It is designed for working professionals. All professors are very understanding to a working professional's schedule. The material being covered is current and enforces the issues in the field today.

The graduate program at The University of Tennessee-Martin is very dedicated to providing a quality education in such a rural area. The professors want the students, the program, the school, and themselves to be respected. The program is offered as an accredited program, which makes it one of two in our region. The disadvantages are the lack of quality employment for graduate students in the area and on campus. Another disadvantage is the size of the program which results in having a smaller number of faculty.

I wish more courses would be taught in the classroom rather than online. Overall, I have had a great experience at UT Martin in my undergraduate and graduate career.
