Thomas Jefferson is a great school. Some of the cons is 1. the student apartments, it is a very old building and the appliances are not modernized, 2. actually walking to class from apartments could be scary, there is lots of homeless and could smell like urine at times,3. the cost of living in this older building is a little high considering the space and actual apartment 4. financial aid could be a little hard to deal with but overall they get things done (just time consuming). However there are lots of pros, 1. the professors I had are great they are very helpful and actually care about the students, 2. lots of resources are available if you need help.

The faculty at TJSL is sensational. They're all ivy league graduates, whom all had successful law careers. However, they choose to teach. That's right, their choice is to teach. This is the first time where the saying "those who cannot do, teach," simply is not relevant because every professor at TJSL has done it all! There aren't many cons, besides the tuition amount.

the online format has been helpful ...the need to get to campus to "check in" will also be a plus. .. outstanding professors. very knowledgeable.

I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of the education I have received. The professors are experts in their field and push students learn and apply. My biggest challenge has been the workload, with a full time career, it is difficult to manage more than one class at a time. It is taking me longer to get through the program, but I feel my grades reflect the attention I am able to commit to taking it slowly.

I did my Juris Doctor on campus and returned to do my LLM online. I have had an amazing experience at TJSL and I am proud to be part of the alumni network. It is all what you make of it!

The pros of my graduate program allows for a vast network of employment opportunity for a bilingual (spanish/english) person like myself living in San Diego. The graduate program also has the professor and other educational assistance readily available. The cons of my graduate program is that the tuition and cost of living is expensive

Love the school and the professors. Passionate people who will push you to your limits. Students are relatively diverse, considering the majority of students are not from CA. Moreover, the students ages vary. Many left their careers to pursue law, some have families, and some are recent college grads. Living in San Diego isn't half bad either, but not being able to see it as much as you'd like is the downfall. As of now TJSL is one of the most technologically advanced law schools in the US. It's a recently remodeled school, that's located in downtown.

The school is in a brand new cutting edge technology building in the beautiful city of San Diego, CA. The classes are very interesting and the faculty is top notch. The only con is that as a part time working student, the work load is very difficult to manage.
