"Supportive and caring faculty members. Nice, new academic establishment centrally located in the heart of the diverse city of NOLA. Such an enriching learning environment to obtain an education, especially at Tulane which stands to its renowned reputation."

"Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business goes far beyond a business school curriculum. The school aids in internship and career opportunities and works hard in connecting students with their strong alumni network. The university is touted as one of the most financially generous universities and has been dedicated to building up its student body since Katrina. Because Tulane is located in Uptown New Orleans, students can equally enjoy the relaxing grassy campus in the more residential, suburban area, or the liveliness of Downtown New Orleans just ten minutes away. Tulane University certainly fosters the best of all worlds."

"I really enjoyed my experience at Tulane University. The Business school really challenged me academically and in character development. As I reflect on my experiences, I realize that Tulane wasn't just our classroom, but the city of New Orleans was as well. Awesome university with wonderful teachers in an awesome city."

"I researched over a dozen schools, both online and campus classes, but Tulane University was the first school to offer me an informational visit to their campus in Houston and then I received an interview, class visit and opportunities to talk face to face with alumni. The staff has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and keeps everyone informed about what to expect. They have an all inclusive system whereby almost everything is included in tuition. They make the experience of going back to school an enjoyable and rewarding experience even though there's plenty of classwork, teamwork and commitment to my studies. In this program, the class has so much work experience in many areas that you come away from the program with more than just book knowledge, but real world experience from everyone in your class. You develop some lasting friendships and wonderful networking experiences while in this program."

"Tulane has tremendous resources in terms of teacher experience, internship opportunities, library materials, journals, and travel abroad opportunities, but in such a big school, you do also need to be a go-getter yourself and pursue them, accessing them isn't as easy as just going to this school. you have to seek them out."

"My MPH program has effectively provided me with a practical opportunity to appropriately effect change in my community. I've learned various skills to effectively monitor and assess a community health program, evaluate health systems, health care agencies, etc. As an African American woman, I hope to advocate for proper health care services in my hometown of South Los Angeles. My master's degree education guarantees my competency for community health education and promotion, policy advocacy and management of community organizations."

"Tulane University is a great school in a great city. The business school, in particular, has fantastic opportunities to get real world experiences both domestically and internationally. As with any school, some professors are better than others, but the overall value of the degree is strong."

"Incredible opportunity to learn how to practice medicine in a great city. Having experienced more academically-focused medical schools, I felt very prepared to enter practice, however, research options were limited."

"Pros: great faculty, interesting courses, small class size, New Orleans is a great city Cons: classes are not at the main Tulane campus but at the medical school campus, which is not in a great area, no resources for jobs/career prep, expensive"

"A small department with a heavy focus on basic research, especially in the realm of behavioral ecology and avian ecology. Structured to prepare students for academic careers, but little else. Graduate students and faculty are friendly and interactive and there is a lot of opportunity for social interaction. Heavy course requirement but few course options within the department."
