"The instructors are amazing. They work with you to the best they can to help you with your education, and the school tries to give you as many resources as you need to succeed. You can borrow laptops, cameras, recording equipment and other tools to help you learn, and you have so many opportunities to use what you're learning through the school paper, the school news show, student-run magazines and news sites and internships. Companies are invited into the school so students can connect with possible employers. I loved my experience there."

"With a variety of activities to choose from that bring students together and complement classroom learning, the University of Central Florida provides students with limitless opportunities. I loved my undergraduate experience because UCF has a diverse population with innovative leaders combined with integral leading community partners willing to invest in students. If you work hard in your classes and join extracurricular activities, you will experience unexpected rewards that will enrich your life. My professors prepared me for what to expect in my career, meanwhile, my club and extracurricular activities prepared me for how to handle the day-to-day expectations of my job within my industry."

"The University of Central Florida (UCF) was a great school to attend for my bachelor's degree. Even though teaching is not my intended career, after studying social science education at UCF, I felt completely prepared to teach well in a classroom. They connected every student in the program with two internships - a part-time one and a full-time one. During both internships, myself and my classmates were often offered jobs. We also learned a lot during that time - we had the opportunity to put skills into practice from our classes and were supervised by the teacher in the classroom and two others faculty members from campus. I rarely felt lost and was relieved to have so many people to ask questions. During my last semester and full-time internship, an education career fair was set up by the college and most students left that career fair with a job for the following school year. The only negative thing I can say about my program is I often felt alone in my classes. A few professors did not feel approachable and some did not have organized classes. You really had to put the effort in to learn with these classes but the outcome was worth it. A second part of UCF that helped me was having the option of taking certain classes online. I took half education-related courses and half social science classes. There were classes from each of these areas to take online, enough to where I could take about half or more classes online each semester. When it came to the on-campus classes, there were often different times and days to pick from. This flexibility was helpful because I was working during this time. The last aspect of UCF that appealed to me during my undergraduate years were the numerous resources available on campus. Group tutoring is abundant, especially for difficult STEM classes, like chemistry and math. There is a wonderful Counseling and Psychological Services center that students may utilize for counseling sessions each semester. I have found the Career Services Center to be particularly useful. They help create and review resumes, will talk to students about career options, gather resources for internships and jobs, and more. UCF is an amazing school overall, which is why I am attending again for my master's degree!"

"Great University!!! Best in Florida! Diverse university and have some of the best faculty. The school has a very large enrollment, second largest in the nation. But once you get involved, the school definately feels smaller. There are many resources availiable to the students to succeed in college. There aremany opportunites for the students to become involved as there are a ton of different clubs and orgaizations to join. would recommend to anyone interested 10/10."

"I love my college. Not only is there so much opportunity to learn. It is an awesome school that helps all students stay involved. The campus is huge but doesn't feel it. Everyone does a good job of coming together as a student body. The location in Orlando Florida which is great. It not only is a college town but you have all the theme parks, downtown Orlando and Winter Park. Which are three totally different areas to explore. I wouldn't change the school I picked. The University of Central Florida keeps growing and growing and is one of the top schools in the country."

"Becoming a teacher has been a dream come true. I have always wanted to become a teacher, ever since age 4. It has been a wonderful career and very fulfilling and rewarding. It is also extremely difficult and challenging, but I feel it is all worth it in order to help children and have an impact on their lives. University of Central Florida (UCF) was a great school to attend for my last two years. To save money, I chose to attend Seminole State College for two years to earn an associate's degree. I then transferred to UCF. I had wonderful education professors at UCF. Ot was a joy to see them many, many years later and to let them know I have been teaching now for over 20 years. Good luck in your endeavors!"

"The University of Central Florida is the home of diversity and inclusion. They have a diverse faculty and diverse students attending the institution. My most prominent experience are the organizations and campuses provided for students at the institution. These experiences range from social to professional organizations and include diversity in mind. The standards of the professors are at a 3.5 in my eyes. UCF could do a better job at hiring more faculty and well-versed faculty."

"After completing several internships in the events field, I chose to attend UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality to complete my bachelor's degree. It was an excellent decision! Rosen College was unique in that most of the professors were recently executives in the hospitality field. I was able to learn from people who worked for companies such as Disney and Marriott. I also enjoyed that our college was not on the main campus. What we were studied is such a specialized field, it made sense to put the school only a couple miles from all the theme parks and major hotels rather than in North Orlando. The college was safe, parking was more convenient, and the professors were awesome. It was the feel of a small private university while attending a state school. Additionally, my degree has really helped set me apart from other candidates when applying for jobs."

"Everyone has their own specific reasons for choosing to attend a certain college. So why choose UCF? For me, UCF felt like home the instant I got out of the car for my campus tour. I knew that the other schools I had been looking at and been on tours of were not the places for me. As a freshman it can be easy to get lost in the crowd of new people, however UCF felt like a community and worked hard to ensure their students, especially freshmen, were part of the community. The campus itself is beautiful and easy to navigate; it is all one big circle so super easy for find your way around. Campus housing is very nice and most of it is new! While I lived on campus there was someone who came in and cleaned the bathrooms and common areas once a week. That was a great asset for a fresh out of the house freshman. The area around campus has developed so much since I graduated, there are tons of places to eat, live, shop, and enjoy life around the area now. The football stadium is very appropriately nicknamed the bounce house because when the student section starts jumping along to Zombie Nation the whole thing bounces too! Games are a great time, from tailgating to the game and after parties around campus, the atmosphere is awesome! Choosing to go to the University of Central Florida was the best choice for me; I would not change a thing about my undergraduate time."

"UCF has a great radio and television program, but it must be noted that general education classes and lower-level radio/tv courses often have a very large number of students (150-250, easily). Because of that, it can be difficult to really engage in class and connect with the professor on an individual level. The value for the degree is good because UCF is a state school, and if you are from the state of Florida, the cost of attendance is quite low compared to other schools."

"The psychology program at the University of Central Florida is a great program. Although I do not remember all the professors I had, I do remember having instructors that were professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they taught. This helped enhance my learning experience and I am very thankful for that."

"UCF is a great school, although it is very big there are plenty of activities and clubs around campus to get involved in so that you don't feel lost in the crowd of 60,000+ students. Most professors are great and helpful. Parking is horrible, so make sure to arrive on campus early so that you can find a parking stop and go to class."

"I had an amazing experience at University of Central Florida. I ended up working in the Speech and Language Pathology field for the past couple years with pediatrics. I enjoyed the UCF program and campus because regardless of it being a large school I still felt a part of a great program. I have enjoyed what my degree has allowed me to achieve. The program at UCF was very supportive and the more involved in extra clubs the better support for jobs in the future. As long as I kept a schedule I was able to handle school full time and work during my college experience. I am now currently enrolled online earning my masters degree in Applied behavioral analysis with a certification in Autism at Indiana Ball State University. I plan to work with children with behaviors diagnosed with ASD."

"The University of Central Florida has an outstanding program and resources available to undergrad students to succeed. I believe the education I received and the quality of the school I attended by far excels from other schools in the surrounding area. The health sciences- pre clinical program has prepared me for my next journey into graduate school and I think that is the best part of completing my bachelors degree."

"The Counselor Education program at the University of Central Florida is preparing me to be the best Mental Health Counselor that I can possibly be. I constantly feel as though I am being challenged, heard and guided. UCF is in the top 10 CACREP accredited school and I am so thankful to be a part of this community. I have elected to pay for my graduate education from my own pocket; I have not taken out any student loans. Partaking in this route for school payment, I have had to work 2-3 jobs at one time. My first semester of graduate school was a very big adjustment; a new schedule, a larger workload, and 2 jobs. To say I was overwhelmed would be an understatement but within my program, I felt nothing short of supported. To be in such a prestigious program, and be surrounded by such support is incredibly empowering. Anyone considering this program, I would recommend it for it's accreditation, education and the affordable in-state tuition. I'm very proud to be a Knight!"

"The University of Central Florida is a great university. The tuition in the state of Florida is fairly low when compared to other state universities. In addition, UCF is one of the largest universities in the country, because of this UCF has many resources to offer students whether it be clubs, sports clubs, intramural sports, internships, jobs, and networking. UCF is also located in a great area close to many large corporations such as Disney who consistently chose UCF students for jobs and internships."

"The professors at UCF are committed to teaching their students. In the three years I spent there, every member of their staff cared more about their students than their paycheck. Often times I would find that the professor would grade assignments on the spot and would even answer emails in the middle of the night. The institution was not an easy A, but if you want professors that challenge you and do everything in their power to insure you succeed after collage, then UCF's Digital Media program is for you."

"UCF's PMSM Business Analytics program strikes the perfect balance between analysis, project management and computer science. As a student without prior coding experience, I was nervous about whether or not I would be able to keep up, but our professors do an excellent job of making sure we understand the concepts and have a vested interest in our academic and professional success. The resources provided to us our endless; our case studies are interesting and I am always able to apply something I've learned in class to business situations at work. They definitely provide a concierge-style learning environment and do everything they can to ensure our success in the program. I love it!"
