Student & Graduate Reviews

Degree: Biology
Graduation Year: 2016

The faculty are great teachers in the classroom and are always available to help students in person and via email. They are very knowledgeable and most are still actively practicing physical therapists. The campus is beautiful and has the most up to date facilities of any program I visited. The program is set up to help students succeed in all aspects of student life in a variety of creative and helpful ways. The whole program and school is revolved around patient-centered care and helping their students become as self-sufficient as possible upon exiting the program.

Degree: Accounting
Graduation Year: 2015

It is one of the best graduate program here in Colorado. It is both of the AACSB-approved business program and accounting program. It is located in downtown denver, which is good for business students to reach out the lively exciting environment. The faculty and staff are helpful and responsible. The living expense can be too expensive for students without employment if they want to live around the downtown area. Otherwise they need to live somewhere away but near a light rail station.

University of Colorado Denver is a very diverse campus. I highly recommend potential students to apply and continue their education here in Colorado.

Degree: Dentistry
Graduation Year: 2018

Some of the UC dental program's strengths include a very high quality of education, caring faculty and amazingly cohesive student body. The only downside of the school is its location, though some students might like the suburbs more than the city center.

Degree: Health Sciences
Graduation Year: 2018

This is one of the best places in the country, and even in the world, to get a medical education. There are so many opportunities for students: so many roads to take, friends to make, and adventures in which to partake. I am lucky to have the opportunity to be a part of this program.

Degree: Curriculum & Instruction
Graduation Year: 2014

The best part about getting my degree at UCDenver was that their continuing education program allowed me to continue to develop as a teacher while also pursuing research and study both online and on-campus. The courses I took were foundational in further understanding the history and importance of education and has greatly contributed to my understanding of education and the potential of a curriculum to truly change the way we interact with education professionals, the communities they work in, and the students we teach. The professors were understanding and supported my efforts to work within my school to immediately implement new ideas I had been taught in my classes.

Degree: Dentistry
Graduation Year: 2016

Pros: great use of technology, excellent faculty, public transportation Cons: very heavy workload the first 2 years, not a very safe part of town.

Degree: Pharmacy
Graduation Year: 2018

The campus location, technology, and availability of the instructors are reasons I chose my graduate program. The cost of attendance is the only con to the graduate program.

Degree: Legal Studies
Graduation Year: 2014

Experiencing both ftf and hybrid classes was very beneficial. Instructors were very knowledgeable in their field.
