I truly feel I received a valuable education, with great faculty support, that will prepare me for a career. Gainesville is an affordable city to live I,n although, as with many universities, getting to and from campus can be difficult given limited parking.

Strong program, supportive and collaborative environment, overall very satisfied. Could use some improvement in availability of financial and other such resources.

One strong benefit of being a Health science Student at UF is the academic/training hospital associated with the University. This is an excellent resource to receive training opportunities that are rare and diverse. And the location allows for experiences serving both urban and rural patient populations.

Degree: Cultural Studies
Graduation Year: 2016

Some of the professors are amazing - others are not as dedicated to the graduate students. Just like any graduate program make sure that you check out the people that you want to work with before you come. Over all it's great to be a Florida Gator.

Overall, the program is great. We're just a little limited in the resources department (funding for conference travel, printing and copying, etc.).
