It was a great program. I enjoy the development of the basic technology. I would like to see that the program can be more centered around CS specialization.

Degree: Information Technology

I'm working on my Masters degree in Information System and I've enjoyed my experience with UIS so far. I'd also add the administrative staff was excellent during my acceptance process.

Degree: Liberal Arts
Graduation Year: 2015

I have amazing professors whom are very helpful with the current financial situation I am in and have tried everything they could to help me figure out my best options in order to continue school. Sometimes it is very difficult having an unhealthy 3 year old and going to school, which is why I chose to do blended classes and some on-campus classes; there is flexibility for those times that being a mother comes first.

UIS is a fantastic school for an MBA! They offer hundreds of GA and GPSI programs to help you with tuition and fees. However, other financial aid opportunities are limited.

Degree: Public Administration
Graduation Year: 2015

The pros of this program is that you are in the capital of Illinois and have access to various public administrators and have a great chance to network with fellow students as well as potential employers. Cons would be that Springfield is rather boring and graduate students are for the most part are secluded.
