I love this graduate program because it is offered online, which is honestly the only way that I would have been able to return to school. The workload can be difficult to manage at times, but I love that I am able to complete my work at a time that works the best for me and my family!

The University of Phoenix coursework is very informative, providing several tools on the student website to use at your own discretion to help prepare and guide you along the way in completing the program that you are enrolled in. However, the support by faculty and their explanation of these resources is unclear at times leading to many discrepancies.

University of Phoenix is a great school and extremely convenient, but you get out of it what you put into it.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2017

The overall score is not representative of my feelings about the school. I was unable to respond to some questions as they apply to ground campuses not online. I earned my MBA from UoP and stayed with them to work in my doctorate degree. I am very satisfied with the curriculum and professor interaction.

pros- very easy to succeed at this school if one is committed. cons- as in most schools there are students who like to get free rides from the hard work of others. This school values team work so it is important to step up in the team projects and make sure everyone is participating and making equal contributions. I like the school although the prices were a little higher than some of the similar schools.

Degree: Healthcare Administration
Graduation Year: 2013

The flexibility of the online classes allowed me the opportunity to work, care for family, study, and focus on achieving personal goals. This was rewarding. The cons are the outstanding debt that I am facing.

Degree: Management
Graduation Year: 2016

I really like the University of Phoenix. I love the format and the easy accessability to my course materials. Being able to download an app on my phone and having access to my course materials is very useful as my schedule is very busy working full-time and being a single mom. Completing my degree online allows me to have the flexibility to work full-time, be a mom, and a student. However, this flexibility comes with a price as the University of Phoenix is very expensive. I know it will all be worth it in the end as I am using my experience and degree to help further advance my career.
