"Good school, poor campus life support of clubs. Career services is more focused on getting you a job than getting you in a career that is a good fit. The professors in the business school are fantastic! They are incredibly passionate about their work and have real-world experience that they draw in to the classroom."

"I highly recommend the University of Saint Thomas - Saint Paul. My two sisters and I both attended the university and we all loved it. It is academically rigorous, class attendance and participation is required, and you need to be prepared to study every day! The facilities are amazingly beautiful - check out the fitness center, it's huge! Off-campus there are plenty coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. If you're looking for more to do, Minneapolis is only a short drive away!"

"Overall, this university provided a solid educational foundation for its students. It also facilitated an environment suitable to those who want to go above and beyond. Each department had many different ways in which students could use the material they have learned in the classroom to things in the real world such as data competitions. This university hosted numerous events for speakers to come in from all around the world to give lectures which were always well attended. Academically, this university pushed its students to strive for excellence. Though it can be academically intense, this university also held countless social events that helped relieve stress such as festivals and concerts. This University worked hard in ensuring the acceptance of everyone and proactively took measures against any injustices against students. I am very proud to have attended this institution and I highly recommend it to those looking to attend a smaller, private university that still holds a high academic rigor and has a prestigious status as a university among the Twin Cities. The only reason that may deter someone from attending is the high tuition costs, but this university seeks to accommodate all students as best as possible."

"I attended the University of St. Thomas for a few reasons: the neuroscience program, low student to faculty ratio, networking, and the soccer team. None of the mentioned reasons disappointed. The neuroscience program is relatively new, but is very well developed and the professors that teach the courses are some of the best and passionate about their work. General courses tend to have a higher student to faculty ratio, but once you get into your major, the classes become quite intimate and you often see many of the same students in your other classes. Joining the soccer team my freshman year really helped me make and keep friends. Although it was hard to balance sports with school, it was a worthwhile experience. My professors and advisors at the university (even after graduation) have been essential to my networking. They have many connections themselves and never hesitate to get you in touch, or write letters of recommendation. The university is located in a quiet residential community between St. Paul and Minneapolis. During my four years, I never felt unsafe walking home at night. Off campus housing is relatively easy to come by and affordable. I paid anywhere between $380-$550 per month during the years I lived off campus. The farthest I lived off campus was one mile, which was ideal for walking or biking because parking on campus is very hard to find unless you buy a permit. One of the only negatives about receiving an education from St. Thomas is the cost. Although, after financial aid and scholarships are applied, it is comparable to tuition at the U of M. Something I would like to see more of from St. Thomas is diversity. Although they are working on it, they do not compare to a school like Macalester or the U of M in this department. What they lack for diversity experience on campus, they might possibly make up in their number of students who study abroad. I myself had the opportunity to study five months in Ecuador, and it was the highlight of my time as an undergrad. I am now pursing my doctorate, something that my courses at UST greatly prepared me for. I graduated feeling confident and that I had a great support system behind me shall I need to call upon it in the future."

"It has been 20 years since I attended University of St. Thomas but I continue to be impressed with their post grad networking opportunities. I could participate more if I still lived in the twin cities area. But even here in Kansas City they have networking opportunities sometimes that have been a fun way to stay connected to folks from my alma mater. I am now getting started on a Masters Degree in Communication and I feel like my work at St. Thomas more than prepared me for a higher education environment."

"Going to college, and eventually graduate school, was one of the best decisions I ever made. Up until college, school had primarily taught me facts - the basics of arithmetic, how to read, when the Battle of Waterloo was. most of primary school career taught me how to be a good student. But college was a fresh experience; I learned fewer facts and more ideas. College taught me to look with my eyes open wider, and taught me how to learn."

"The University of St. Thomas MAT has been a wonderful experience. The courses have been well constructed, systematic and rigorous. The professors are accessible outside of class, truly care about the development of the students and push them to do their best. The other students have been thoughtful, engaged with the course materials and join together into a great intellectual community. I would highly recommend University of St Thomas seminary for masters studies, both as a terminal degree or as preparation for doctoral studies."

"The University of St Thomas is a great school to attend because of the amount of work they do to prepare you for your field of work. In engineering, they create courses with plenty of lab time to learn machines you will use industry and they have a whole course designed around getting students comfortable with real world engineering problems. Other programs around UST are similar, internships are expected in some programs and are highly suggested in others. There are so many resources to help you at UST with career development, reviewing resumes, and helping you pass classes with tutors. The classes are small enough where the professors know you and are always there to help you."

"Graduate Program in Software at University of St Thomas, St Paul campus, Minnesota so far seem to be as the best in software education. The Professors are much experienced both in knowledge and career, and they train students to be the best in Software Programs. There is an ongoing course on Data Science and a project on Big Data analysis, which is becoming a hot cake in the technology field. I recommend University of St Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, to future students who would want expertise and in depth knowledge and skill in software education & career."

"UST is a medium-sized school with first-rate academic programs. Professors know you by name and are available to help you. There are social events on campus every weekend that many freshmen choose to attend."
