It's the best law program in the Pacific Northwest, bar none. It doesn't have a great national reach, however, so staying local will keep your prospects the strongest.

The quality of the faculty as a whole is excellent and I have found peers to be congenial, rather than competitive.

Law School means working hard, but UW makes every effort to support its students. The staff and faculty are incredible in their warmth, kindness, knowledge, and capability--they are truly top class. Each student is warmly welcomed to this school. UW keeps tuition costs comparatively low, but it is still expensive. Prepare to budget.

UW is a great value, Seattle is a fun location for grad school, and the overall quality of the teaching is pretty good. There are some stellar young faculty and some older faculty that ought to retire.

Studying here is great and informative. Surrounding environment is beautiful. There are lots of restaurants. There is quite good bus system but it would be better if u have a car.
