Graduate Program I am offering at Walden University is PhD in Public Health on self sponsorship. Walden University has been my chosen institution as it offers online degrees thus offering the great opportunity for students who are time poor to advance their education and at the same time working and looking after their families. I have completed two quarter semesters and my academic performance is outstanding, scoring more than 90% in all courses I have completed including Biostatistics (PUB-6125). This PhD study program is relevant to me for personal and professional development, my place of work, and the general population I serve.

The online program is very convenient, but the support to finish the program is too far away!

In an online environment, the school's curriculum has rigor and accountability, built right in. The social life is fun at residencies, and I have enjoyed traveling overseas for some of my educational experiences at Walden. The school has a social change mission, and I like that technology is central to the learning environment and experience.

Great programs , amazing teachers, a lot of research to be completed and papers written. Scheduled assignments, accessibility to great library resources. Cons- sometimes technology gets in a way and updates done in the midst of the week are not helpful to students.

The categories with low starts are due to the fact the Walden is an online program and does not offer those things. Overall, Walden has a wonderful academic program and pushes students just as much, or more, as traditional brick-and-mortar schools. I highly recommend it as an online option!

I would recommed everyone I know to attend Walden University. They are very compassionate about their students receiving at great quality of education, and the best thing about them is, they are socially active in promoting social change around the world.

The cost of the tution is a negative for me. Plus I am having a problem with specialization as they don't have much options for my degree program. However, so far I like the instructors and the use of technology and the whole academic Competitiveness. I am very excited about this university and can't wait to complete my program
