Graduation Year: 2019

Every person associated with Arizona State University has been extremely helpful and friendly, and has gone out of their way to make sure I have the resources I need to succeed in my pursuit of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. I love how the classes are structured, allowing just one class at a time, each at 7.5 weeks. This allows me to put everything I have into each class, but still lets me be considered full time. At this point, I have only good things to say, and would recommend this college to future students.

Arizona State University believes in sharing information and supporting students to do their best. There are many resources for online students, like myself, to find support and connect with peers, professors and counseling. No one has ever made me feel inadequate for asking a question. Resources for finding information is amazing as well. Anything you need is at your fingertips. Library books will be mailed to you with a return paid label. The courses are informative and well paced. They are challenging and include lots of reading, writing, video classroom and google group activities. As a part of the behavioral health program I have followed several classmates and we get to know each other over time. I look forward to meeting them at graduation. I would give this experience 5 stars.

Degree: Elementary Education
Graduation Year: 2019

Arizona State University is a great college to attend. I graduated from there with my bachelor's in science with a focus in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I enjoyed all of my professors and their course work. You really feel a sense of community once you enter into you niche courses. I also feel like they really prepare you for the field that you are going into. I decided to come back for my master's in teaching, because I really value the education that they provide. There are also a lot of resources that you can access, and everyone is willing and ready to help.

Degree: Aviation
Graduation Year: 2018

Throughout the years of being part of the Aviation program at ASU, I have learned that regardless of your focus in the aviation industry, everyone in it will always have a way to help another peer. It is a small program but a surprisingly small industry as well. Having professors who have high field experience not only makes a good class, it also helps develop relationships that provide students with valuable insight. Small classrooms also benefit students with 1-on-1 interaction. Overall, excellent program, outstanding professors, and amazing learning environment.

Degree: Curriculum & Instruction

Arizona State University's online graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a great way for a full-time, working mother to pursue career goals! The online ABA program has been flexible in a way that I have been able to complete assignments, readings, viewings and online team meetings around my very busy schedule! The rigor of the work is impressive and has proved to stretch my current thinking. Online grading offers timely feedback and the use of an ePortfolio has proven a great way to organize my work and present it online. The most impressive part of this program is the lead instructor, and the many co-instructors, and the way all online ABA students are split, bi-quarterly, into teams. This allows online students to be a part of a smaller community with more 1:1 feedback from the co-instructor. Arizona State University online graduate programs are leading the way in innovative and creative ways for full-time, working mothers to further their careers!

Degree: Environmental Science
Graduation Year: 2017

The Biomimicry MS program at Arizona State University is 100% online which makes it very convenient for out of state students like myself. The support I have received from both faculty and staff is top notch including feedback loops (for any subject) which are prompt and consistent between faculty and students. The experience I have had overall has been rich in terms of instructor, curriculum and peer collaboration. I appreciate how interconnected our courses have been with current and emerging science related to whole systems thinking and bio-centered design. This approach has allowed for an opportunity to fine tune my skills as an artist, designer and curator while also inspiring deep personal development. I have two courses left to complete my degree and I feel prepared with a methodology and tools for improving human designs.

Degree: Public Health
Graduation Year: 2017

The Doctor of Behavioral Health degree at the Arizona State University is the best choice I have made in pursuit of knowledge, skills and abilities. The rigorous course work, excellent teaching faculty and the research thesis fully satisfied my career goals. It has increased my earning potential, elevated my skill sets and knowledge base to take on challenges in my career. This degree has further propelled me to apply the principles and advanced knowledge in improving the lives of all people through providing better integrated health care and smarter cost effective services. Working with the Native American population whose health care needs are complex allows me to provide consultation and advance the healthcare delivery so that public health accreditation is fulfilled in the coming months. I am extremely satisfied with this degree, the technical and online capabilities would not have been possible with a full-time employment and family responsibilities. I am a first time higher education student in my family who migrated to the US. I am amazed at the support I received through the networking opportunities with faculty, other students and the education community who continued to inspire and motivate me towards actualizing this goal. It is with confidence that I embark to further my career in the health care field and strongly recommend ASU to anyone seeking to further their education. I appreciate the opportunity to apply for a financial scholarship to offset my student loans. I have the responsibility to mentor other students, advocate for a better education and improve the lives of our nation. This is a promise and a personal commitment. Thank you for the opportunity to share these thoughts.
