I felt that the education I received was mostly excellent and applicable to my chosen field.

The majority of my professors were great, but I had a few that had no business being teachers. One actually refused to give A's because she said she rarely received them when she was in school and if she didn't deserve A's, nobody else did.

ASU is great! The professors are very helpful and truly care about the students.

There are many research opportunities over a wide range of specialties. The teaching, especially in the core courses, is poor.

Good value for money. Jobs available after graduation are not that good. You don't get investment banking, consulting or any other good jobs. Mostly on supply chain jobs with Apple etc.

Arizona State was my number one choice for my Doctorate of Nursing Practice. The main reason for this was they have amazing connections around the valley which allows them to place you in clinical sites. Many school expect you to arrange your own clinicals, which can be difficult and cause delays to your education. The further into the program I get, the more I know I am in the best place possible. The staff are prepping us to be active in policy making and developing our field. The hybrid format allows me to make connections with professors and classmates, without having to be in class each week. I recommend this program for those that are pursing a serious career in advanced practice nursing.

I currently live in Mesa Arizona and have taken classes at ASU for a few years now, I have attend classes at all 4 campuses located in the Phoenix area, from the very large and exciting main campus in Tempe, to the trendy downtown campus as well as both small quiet east and west campuses. Thru my educational journey, I have been offered all that ASU has to offer, no matter what students are looking for from the exciting activities on campus, sports, dances, and nearby local fun while maintaining a competative GPA. As a graduate student I find that I love the peaceful atmosphere of the smaller branch campuses while maintaining the notariety and all the opportunities that a large University has to offer. My teachers all know me, as my classes are small and intimate. I have the flexibility in scheduling so that I can attend classes and work full time as many of my classes are hybrid or online so that as an adult I can attend to my responsibilities. I am so honored to attend Arizona state university and all that wonderful educational opportunities it has to offer.

The ASU online MBA program has been a challenging but rewarding experience. There are significant support systems and resources dedicated to the success of online students. There is an emphasis on group work which I have found to be extremely helpful not only in learning course materials but also in feeling supported throughout the program. I would absolutely recommend this program to working professionals. It does require a substantial amount of time and commitment but the flexibility it offers is a definite advantage.

The application process was very smooth and the advisers helped me to realize exactly what I could receive from a Master's from ASU. The class selection is very well varied and I have had no troubles with contacting anyone for help or advice on what I need to do.

Graduation Year: 2017

I have been attending Arizona State University since 2010, completing my bachelors degree, then my masters, and currently pursuing a graduate certificate. Clearly, I love this university; otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back! ASU has multiple campuses and online programs, each offering different types of platforms and services to fit the needs of the student. I was lucky enough to attend two of their campuses for my undergraduate degree and to complete my masters degree 100% online while I was able to work, and travel. Ive received a quality education, met amazing and inspiring people, and had life-changing experiences here and highly recommend ASU to anyone that is looking for the same.
