Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2015

Baker's graduate program is taught by a diverse staff that are able to relate their experience to the material being studied, providing real-world examples. The workload is not light, but it is not overly taxing if you keep up with due dates and do not fall behind. Communication and critical thinking are two concepts instilled in students, both of which are highly desired and applicable in both professional and personal environments. (As with most) this graduate program does require a great deal of writing. While I find the ability to research and write important, I would prefer to see more hands-on projects to help develop applicable skills.

I am going back into the business world with a strong sense of confidence in my abilities. Baker has equipped me with the latest techniques and strategies, as well as trained me in using up-to-date technology to be effective in today's business marketplace. The pace of the program is intensive, but this is reflective of real world business operations. Overall, I would recommend this school for anyone who is serious about moving forward in business.

I am a senior at Baker College although the Human Service program is excellent because of the instructors and/or Professors. The core classes are repetitious.

Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2015

The pros of a graduate program are that it prepares one for a higher level position and makes way for higher earning potential. The con is that it is a lot of work.

Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2015

Pros: Great teachers, and a wide selection of majors to choose from Cons: Graduate program is only offered online, and there needs to be more help from the financial aid department with helping students find scholarships; instead of taking out large amounts in loans. Love my school, and would recommend to anyone looking for a career focused college!!!

"The pros of my graduate program of Business Management at Baker College Online, is it is easy to work and attend college. The support of the administration, and staff are fantastic." "The cons are I miss on campus interaction and projects. It is much more a "hands-on experience on campus."

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2015

With Baker doing an on-campus BSN program for nursing it will make it more student friendly. Most of the BSN programs are online and I wanted an instructor to ask questions. The disadvantage to the program is that you have to take some classes online, and the campus is in Owosso which is about an hour away from me.
