Degree: Occupational Therapy
Graduation Year: 2017

Great faculty and staff. Extremely helpful and supportive. Quality education at a reasonable cost The area isn't the most aesthetically pleasing; and there aren't a lot of restaurants/university life near bye. Definitely a commuter school.

Degree: Computer Science
Graduation Year: 2014

I have transferred my Master's from EE to CS and as I was not that great in my academics in CS as I had a Bachelor's in EE so I chose this university so that I will become upto speed in the field. I have come to this university under my uncle guidance who is training me to become an iOS Developer.

Degree: Counseling
Graduation Year: 2016

The pros of my graduate program are as follows: CACREP accredited, the professors are knowledgeable about the courses they teach and the field in general, it's competitive, professors are available to mentor students, it's both hands on and book work, and you are prepared for licensing exams during and after you complete the program. The cons are it's a three year program and text books are expensive.

Chicago State is a very affordable school. More hybrid courses and a fast track program would be useful.

Degree: Social Work
Graduation Year: 2015

Pro: I did not expect to be challenged as much as I have at CSU. Nevertheless, I have and the professors are amazing and very profound. I am learning so much from the Social Work program that will assist me in career and everyday life. I appreciate the accessibility of my professors and their support efforts. Con: The campus is not located in the best area of time but security is always around so it makes you feel safe at times.
