The pros of this program would be the ease of transitioning into a career, excellent faculty and staff. The cons would be cost and transportation to and from campus, the college should offer all online degree.

Students and faculty in the OT program are very supportive of one another. Most professors are quick to help out a student's issue. I have struggled adapting to the unstructured environment (Only around half of the professors are organized and prepared for class).

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2018

My graduate program at EKU has many pros and very few cons. The program's best features are ease of accessibility, availability of staff and IT to answer questions and provide support, the flexibility of the program, and the sufficient but not overwhelming workload. I cannot think of any cons as of yet that describe this program.

EKU is under new administration, and you can see that the faculty and staff are excited to be working for the University. With a large campus, but small classes, it is a great place to live, work, and learn.

I have heard os many great things about the program and am very excited to get back into my undergrad alma mater. Classes don't start for another month or so, but I have already had wonderful experiences with the professors of the program. You can tell that they actually enjoy their career and want to make a difference. They're very welcoming and have responded extremely quickly considering that it's still summer. The director of the Program is also extremely helpful and seems to care a lot about the students.

Attending the Recreation and Park Administration Grad program at EKU is a decision that I am extremely glad I made. As a current student, I really appreciate the family feel of the students and faculty. As a grad student in this department I have felt like more of a colleague with the professors. They truly express interest in our learning and seek ways to support us as we chase after our career goals.
