Degree: Counseling
Graduation Year: 2015

I am enrolled in Liberty's Professional Counseling Graduate Program. I have found the courses challenging and informative. The learning is enjoyable and I think provide a good balance of social and spiritual guidance relating to people. The Pros are definitely the convenience of working an online program. However the cons are the learning by your self. The support is available but how do you make up for the mistakes you simply miss. In a classroom, your advantage is the communication you share with fellow students. Not so much online. On line programs are successful in building independence for the motivated individual.

The Pros of My Graduate Program is the flexibility offered by having an extensive online degree program. The Campus looks beautiful with a ton of activities and the staff has been very helpful with every question I have online. The tuition rates are affordable for a Masters Program and they are very military friendly which is a plus for me as a Veteran. I really enjoy this school and will be a proud graduate of Liberty University. I only wish that they had a branch campus closer to where I live.

Liberty was a great school for academic rigor and learning. The school is enormous and sometimes online students can get lost in the shuffle but I would recommend Liberty University to anyone pursuing a degree.

The Master of Divinity (M.Div) is a comprehensive master of theology program through Liberty Baptist Theology Seminary, a surrogate of Liberty University. The program is extremely top notch, with Liberty's commitment to superior excellence in all things academic. The pros of my program is that, namely, this is offered completely online as well as residential. Although I was looking into a couple other schools to get my M.Div, viz., Dallas Theological and Trinity Evangelical, Liberty was the only one that offered complete distance learning for the seminary degree. The professors are rigorous yet helpful. The coursework is, of course, intense. But the education and spiritual benefit is already paying off. Looking forward to my second year in the program, and can't wait to graduate in 2015! Brent McCulley
