I was very well supported, and the University was very dedicated to providing good support for distance education students.

I found that my college was very current with using the latest revhonology to conduct classes. Students could physically attend class or log in via web cam to attend. It was extremely convienet for me since I was working a full time job and had responsibilities to handle at home. Class times were day or evening depending on your presence and the assignments were manageable while working full time. It took me 2 years to complete my degree which is the standard. They didn't require extra courses or classes that weren't relevant to my degree. Tuition was affordable too.

I would put the teachers I had and their knowledge up with anyone. However, the connections I have via school are less than I would have liked.

Murray was a great place to go to school. There was such a sense of community. My professors were caring and ended up more like family than teachers.

Degree: Education
Graduation Year: 2014

Murray State offered flexible classes and allowed me to do most of my work online so it was easy to do my full time teaching job and go to school at the same time. I don't think the educational experience was as good as my undergraduate experience, but I did take a few beneficial classes. Mostly, I felt it was busy work.

It was very innovative and convenient. I could take classes online and attend them via webcam from home which allowed me to work full time and finish my degree.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2013

I attended Murray State University from fall 2008 to until spring 2013. I owe Murray State all my gratitude for the accomplishments that I have achieved in the last 4 years. From working at one of the top hospitals in my area, to gaining extra certifications within my career and to adequately preparing me for my career. I am proud to say that I will be starting a doctorate program for nurse anesthesia through Murray State university this fall. GO RACERS!
