Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2006

It was a good decision for the money, time, classes, and there was no entrance exam.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2008

I found it valuable and enriching to complete my MBA. It also was helpful that the courses could be completed on Saturdays so that I could still work full-time during the week.

Accelerated program allowed for great opportunity to complete work faster, but it transitions quickly. Great professors. I would recommend that testing requirements come back. Some students should not have been in my program. They were ill-suited for the workload.

Degree: MBA in Information Systems
Graduation Year: 2019

The small class sizes and accessibility to supplementary learning resources greatly improved my experience at Point Park University. There is always a way to gain additional help when needed. I am pleased with the course offerings in the MBA program, as well as the inclusion of the Management Information Systems concentration.

The graduate school of Leadership & Administration helps you to morph into the leader that you know you are. The classes, the instructors & your colleagues all help and empower you to step outside yourself in the classroom and at work. The work is challenging but it has a purpose and you definitely learn a lot about yourself and your cohorts.

Point Park University I feel is an amazing school, I not only received my undergraduate degree from Point Park, but obtained my MBA there as well. There programs really cater to the working adult. The class sizes are small, small enough that the professors know you by name and are able to give you personalized attention. A lot people worry about being just another number when it comes to being in school/classes at Point Park this is not the case you have sense of belonging that makes you want to go to class and get to know others in your class and learn from them as well as network. Being that the graduate program is so flexible and again does cater to the working adult you do have the opportunity to meet people from all over Pittsburgh. I've also been given many amazing opportunities in my career due to my academic affiliation with Point Park University being that it is a well known and accreditated University that is growing in Downtown Pittsburgh. I recommend this University to anyone who is looking for that personalized academic experience and does not want to become just another number.

The school I attended was Point Park university . This program gave a lot of hands on experience and experience witching the classroom as well as with the instructors assisting you with your educational experience . The educators make you believe in the determination to further your success as leader in this world fulfilling higher obligations and moving toward more successful venues.

The Educational Doctorate Program at Point Park is a realistic program for the working person. Most importantly it is not so much theory, but more hands-on and real world knowledge. The books and readings have been appropriate and meaningful to our learning and growth. The Learning Facilitators are easily accessible and knowledgeable. As far as transportation, I drive to class so it does not effect me as much. Also, even though this program is affordable, I always believe that education should always be as inexpensive as possible. I highly recommend this program to any interested candidates.

The university makes it accessible for full-time working professionals to take night classes and further their education. All of my teachers have responded to emails within 24 hours and provide students with their numbers to reach them whenever. The workload can be a bit much at times, but there is also some group work allowing students to learn and work together to present a bigger project. They also offer different tracks for courses so some students may take classes every other week and at an accelerated pace, all depending on what the student is comfortable with. The cons are that it can be a bit much when working and then going to night classes, but Point Park has allowed me the chance and I will be able to finish in a little over a year.
