Degree: Education
Graduation Year: 2014

I received by degree online. It was convenient and the professors made it easy to follow the class and participate without being on campus in the classroom.

Schooling is the one thing that will constantly enrich your life, and will propel your career, despite the cost.

I love UNL. The campuses are beautiful, the faculty are amazing at what they do, I met a ton of awesome people, and I had a lot of opportunities to travel and give back to the community. There truly is no place like Nebraska and I am incredibly proud to be a Husker.

Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2008

College is great if you know what you want to do, but with the rising cost of college I recommend to anyone trying to figure out what they want to do to try the jobs first (as an intern or through a shadow day) and/or start with community college classes to get a feel for it.

Degree: Teaching
Graduation Year: 2018

I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Family Consumer Science Education through the Great Plains Idea program. As a teacher, I wanted to find a program that allowed me the ability to continue my education through a masters program while still being employed full time . This program gives me the ability to attend school in Nebraska while living and working in Georgia. So far, I am pleased with my instruction. I have been able to collaborate with other professionals around the country. The advantage of on-line learning provides the flexibility to attend and learn when it convenient to me. I also gain a wide range of view point since my peers are located around the country. I would highly recommend this program for a professional with a who is eager to continue their education without having to pause their careers in order to be a traditional student.

Degree: Law
Graduation Year: 2019

Nebraska Law has been fantastic since the moment I got here. Most law schools have a very competitive atmosphere that make it difficult to develop friendships. Here, it is always friends first and competitors second. They have their priorities straight!

Degree: Business Administration
Graduation Year: 2018

The UNL online MBA program is great for anyone who is looking for flexibility. Courses are only 8 weeks long and can be taken from anywhere in the world. If you are a working professional, the UNL online MBA is perfect for you. Also, the quality of education is top notch compare to any other online MBA program. Online MBA students not only have the exact same professors as traditional students, but also have the exact same curriculum and standards.
