I have my dream job thanks to their MBA program. They paid for my tuition through the graduate assistantship program. Wonderful program which left me with no debt!

Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2015

It had a well thought out MBA program that was easy to move through. The classes were small in size with really strong professors teaching them. The workload was manageable and I was able to still work a full-time job at the same time.

The friends and professors I made/had in college are the friends I still have now. The information I learned is useful and able to be applied to my current job now.

William Paterson University was a great institution of higher learning. It was affordable and got the job done. I recommend transferring after two years to a better known school for networking opportunities. Some of the teachers are difficult to comprehend and will need time. Try and avoid them by using ratemyprofessor.com . Finally this school does offer the degree and certification needed to succeed and I would recommend it. Just pay attention and take notes.

Degree: School Counseling
Graduation Year: 2016

William Paterson University has an excellent Master's of Education: School Counseling program thus far. I feel that I have a great connection with the professors, especially my peers. I am nearing my COMPS (the final test required to pass in order to achieve my Matser's) and I feel that the professors have provided me with all the knowledge, support, and guidance I feel that I would need to pass this test. The program encourages students to obtain and achieve an internship as well. I feel that this is such a great opportunity and a great learning experience. I am currently in the final stages of my Master's program but this is where I am also experiencing a financial burden from my program. I have become unqualified to receive financial aid and help with tuition. Since I am an intern at a high school I am unable to work as much as I would like to because I need to obtain the internship requirements that are expected of me until May 2016. Although I love and enjoy my graduate program, the cost is quite expensive.
