Degree: Creative Writing
Graduation Year: 2019

The MFA program is a great opportunity that truly gives out what you put in. I do wish, however, that there was more funding available and that all MFA candidates would receive stipends in exchange for assistantships, like most MFA programs in the U.S. offer.

I am now working on a doctorate, and the financial burden that could occur from student loans is worth it if you achieve the highest degree possible.

Degree: Health Sciences

I have loved taking online classes because it is so flexible with my schedule. Even though I don't meet my professors face to face, I still feel like I can reach out to them with any questions or concerns I have. The professors at Creighton have been wonderful and pushed me to really learn the course material.

Degree: Pharmacy
Graduation Year: 2019

Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions has had an extremely positive impact on my future. The faculty members and guest lecturers are all teaching because they have a passion for it and want to prepare the next generation of health care providers for practice. The pharmacy curriculum is constantly under revision to provide the most current guidelines and practices for new pharmacists. There are so many opportunities to practice patient counseling and clinical skills so that when you make it to the advanced practice rotations in the 4th year, you are adequately prepared.

Degree: Nurse Practitioner (Family)
Graduation Year: 2021

Making the career choice to pursue graduate school is a big choice. Not to be taken lightly. Creighton University admissions was an easy process. I was walked through the application process and contacted numerous times for updates. I was never as a dark as a prospective student. As a Family Nurse Practitioner student, I value the rigorous program materials. I feel when I graduate I will be more than prepared to provide quality care. Creighton offers optional classes for nurse practitioner students to specialize in including oncology, cardiology, and palliative care.

Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2013

Creighton University has a wonderful mission and their Masters in Investment Management and Financial Analysis program is phenomenal. It follows the track of the CFA exams, and while I did not take the CFA exams, I may still do so in the future.

It's a great school with a diverse student population. It's known in Hawaii for its dental, medical and pharmacy schools.
