Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2011

It's a commuter school so it's hard to make lasting friendships in grad school but the MBA program is well-rounded and offers a very diverse student body so the classes mirror real-life situations well.

UMKC is a wonderful place to be if you are interested in pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors. UMKC has gone to great lengths to prepare you for launching your own venture, no matter the industry. The program is great and so are the facilities. I would highly recommend UMKC to anyone.

Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2013

Don't go to this school. It will put you over a hundred thousand dollars in debt, and you will /still/ have to pay for your own study materials and for the final test that will get you your provisional license. Do your research and go to a school that pays for that for you.

Degree: Political Science
Graduation Year: 2014

I would highly recommend studying Political Science at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. The faculty are extremely knowledgeable, talented, and experienced. My graduate studies at the University of Missouri, Kansas City thoroughly prepared me to become a Political Science instructor for an institution that focuses on providing higher education to military service members.

I have been at University of Missouri-Kansas City for a full semester now. UMKC brings a diverse modern technological structure to its curriculums. As an accounting grad student I am able to be involved in multiple relevant association and exposed to software and technological advances of the accounting field. Class projects involve working with businesses withing the community, all of this gives students an excellent professional preparation.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2020

UMKC is very used to online programs and use of blackboard. They want students to do well and support learning and knowledge. Distance PhD can be difficult but coming each summer helps the class to know each other well. I am glad to be at a local school but they support distance students also.

Degree: History
Graduation Year: 2016

UMKC was very welcoming, and I enjoyed the time I spent there. I was always able to easily find someone to answer questions I might have about enrollment, graduation, or finances. The campus is pretty and easy to get to.
