Degree: Nursing

School is completed on Blackboard. It is mostly asynchronous in that you can complete the necessary work on your time. We have had to complete several group projects where I needed to accommodate other classmates schedules and that was difficult for me. Statistics online also proved to be a challenge for me but it was "doable". I had the option of taking one class per semester or 2 and I am glad I selected only one at a time. It is aprox. 8-10 hours of reading and study per week per class. Overall I am very happy with this program and would recommend it. They do not require GRE or MAT and that was a plus for me.

The online program at the University of South Carolina fully prepared me to be successful in my current role as an educator. I was able to increase my knowledge base, while also increasing my earning capacity. I would recommend this program to anyone and I'm so thankful they started this online program!

I appreciate my college education and experience more than anything I've ever received. Those four years were vital to who I am today. Not only did I receive an education in my selected field, I learned so much more about people and especially how different people are. I learned to appreciate views that are so vastly different from my own. College gave me so many opportunities that I wouldn't have today if I had never gone. The friendships I forged in college are also some that I will forever cherish and maintain.

I enjoyed my time at UofSC. The college is set in a city but has a college town vibe. The athletics and school spirit make for a good environment on campus.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2008

Small enough that you get to know everyone a little, but the program has limits because the instructors are trying to market it all the time.

The one year program was organized and the professors were amazing!

Degree: Information Technology
Graduation Year: 2010

A school too mired in a false pride of its past, one that should instead look to a progressive future instead of wasting funds on football and Confederate remembrance.

Degree: Social Work
Graduation Year: 2014

Brand new Social Work building with new programs curriculum. Full time faculty are very knowledgeable.
