Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2017

FAU's online classes are well organized and easy to navigate which enables the student to focus on their studies. The professors respond in a timely manner and have always been helpful answering any questions. The advising office stays connected with the students and is a true support system compared to my experience for my bachelor's degree. Overall, I have not found any cons regarding this program and I am extremely happy with my decision to begin my graduate studies here.

Degree: Civil Engineering
Graduation Year: 2016

I believe that the Civil engineering program at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is young, therefore, the materials being tough are up to par and practical. The only problem the program is facing are the lack of classes provided each semester for each sub-discipline. Not having a variety of courses tough each semester slows a student down from graduating in a timely fashion.

The Higher Education Leadership program has no cons. It is a wonderful program that allows opportunity for growth, increase in economic status and institutional knowledge. I enjoyed taking every class that is required for this program and have truly learned the ways of this industry.

Degree: Educational Leadership
Graduation Year: 2018

Florida Atlantic University has sn owesome graduate program. I had the privilege of completing my MBA December 2010 and currently in the process of completing my Ph. D. In Ed Leadership. Faculty and staff is accessible to your need around the clock. They embrace diversity which is important to me as a non traditional student. I love the program which makes success my number one priority. I would highly recommend the graduate program to students seeking a program that will stimulate and embrace your dreams.

Degree: Higher Education
Graduation Year: 2017

Out of state tuition is quite expensive at Florida Atlantic University, even with a graduate assistantship. However, our program director and faculty are incredibly inclusive and knowledgeable which help make the cost of the program worth it. There are a plethora of opportunities for students to take advantage of and everyone is very encouraging of both personal and professional development.

Degree: Communications (Speech Pathology)
Graduation Year: 2017

Some pros of my graduate program are that it is a small program so everyone becomes tight-knit very quickly. It is not competitive within the program so one doesn't feel the need to compete against the next student feel like the education I am receiving in the program will serve as a great jump-start to my future career as a Speech Language Pathologist. Some cons of the program is the lack of modern industry-wide materials. The resources that we currently use are sometimes out-of-date. We also are yet to have some state-of the art computer programs and technology that is being used in the field but that is a known issue that is currently being improved upon.
